JKSSB Accounts Assistant Form Submission Dates and Eligibility
As per the official notification released by the JKSSB Board, the eligible and interested candidates will be able to start submitting their online applications on 8 December 2025, and 6 January 2026 is the due date for receipt of applications. The JKSSB Board has also mentioned the eligibility criteria in the official recruitment notice.
The candidates must have a graduation degree in any stream with at least 50% marks for OM candidates and 45% marks for the reserved category aspirants. The candidates who have passed a PG Degree or have a PHD Degree with 50% marks are also eligible for this recruitment.
JKSSB Finance Accounts Assistant Syllabus Update
The JKSSB Board has also stated in their vacancy notice that the syllabus of the Accounts Assistant (Finance) will be provided separately, which means that this syllabus has not yet been provided by the Board. The JKSSB Board has already organized an examination for the Finance Accounts Assistant Posts, and as per the syllabus of that exam, the question paper carries 120 marks, for which a time duration of 2 hours has been allocated for the exam. 30 marks questions are going to be asked from the area of GK, emphasizing the J&K state. 30 marks are assigned to Accountancy and Bookkeeping, including 19 topics. The General English section contains 10 marks, including 12 topics.
The Statistics part carries a total of 10 marks and comprises 10 topics. The Mathematics part carries a total of 10 marks and comprises questions from 10 topics. The General Economics part carries a total of 10 marks and comprises 13 topics. The General Science part carries a total of 10 marks and comprises 10 topics.
