JKSSB has recently and officially published the 1,815 Constable posts on its website, and 934 posts are for the Jammu Division Candidates, and the remaining 881 posts are for the Kashmir Division Candidates. Candidates from Jammu and Kashmir can apply for these posts from 19/01/2025, and the last date to apply is 17/02/2025. JKSSB Constable Recruitment 2025, application fee, Examination dates, and examination centres
The fee for applying to the JKSSB Constable post 2025, as stated in the notification provided by the JKSSB, is ₹ 700. However, candidates under SC, ST1, ST2, and EWS need to pay only ₹ 600. At the time of form submission, payment will be made using a credit card, debit card, or UPI. The dates of the examination will be notified later, and the examination centres will be mentioned on the admit cards that will be issued a few days before the commencement of the examination.
JKSSB Constable Recruitment 2025 Scheme Of Examination And Eligibility
Eligibility for the post of Constable Recruitment 2025 in J&K is open to candidates who have passed their academic Class 10 exam. The candidates would need to undergo a written test, to be conducted in the form of multiple-choice questions.
Then comes the Physical Standard Test (PST) to qualify for the position of J and K candidates. This is further followed by the requirement to qualify for the Physical Endurance Test (PET) to be finalised to join the services. It is only after clearing out these tests that applicants will be finalized to join the services.
